Our story began in 1948 with the vision of Albert W. Zimmer. With his emphasis on maintaining the highest principles in every business situation and creating innovative solutions to clients’ needs, he started a tradition still going strong into the third generation of family and other key management participation in Zimmer.

Today, Zimmer remains privately held and is owned and managed by members of the Zimmer family and other senior management professionals. Our management team actively delivers real estate solutions by providing operational, development and management services.
