Joyce Murray, Vice President, Sales & Leasing at Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C., represented the landlord in the transaction. Puente Marketing is a local Hispanic marketing firm focusing on building connections between Latino consumers, businesses and communities.
(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) Arvest Bank has leased the first and second floors of 7401 W. 135th Street, containing 13,332 square feet for a new branch location in Overland Park, Kan. Debora Field, of Zimmer, represented the landlord, Cunningham Properties, LLC. Larry Glaze, of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., represented the tenant.
Field also represented Cunningham Properties in the leasing of 1,347 square feet to Financial Planning Consultants, Inc. The firm will occupy Suites 112 and 106. Two other transactions at the at property included a 444 square-foot lease to the Martin, Leigh, laws & Fritzlen Law Firm in Suite 111 and a 736 square-foot lease of Suites 116 and 117 to Performance Training Resources, LLC.
(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) KC Holdings, LLC, d/b/a Goldblatt Tool Company, LLC, has sold their 57,000 square foot corporate headquarters at 15785 South Keeler Terrace in Olathe, Kansas.
The property was purchased by ZBC-DGAII, LLC, who immediately leased the property back to KC Holdings, LLC for an extended period of time. Goldblatt Tool Company was represented in sale negotiations by David J. Zimmer, SIOR, FRICS of Zimmer Real Estate Services.
